  • How do I register XP Repair Pro 2007?
      Registering XP Repair Pro is safe, secure and you receive your key instantly. To register your copy of XP Repair Pro, click here or visit the link below. The link is written out so you can copy and paste if needed.

  • Why isn't my Registration Key accepted?
      - Your Order ID is always your invoice email address

      - Your Registration Key will never contain the letter "o" (oh) Use "0" (Zero).

      - Your Order ID and Key should not contain any leading or trailing spaces

      - Your registration key may not be valid for the version you are trying to register. Login to your Member Portal page to verify which version you can register.

  • How many computers does a license allow me to register?
      Every license allows the user to register any computer in his home, as long as the computer is not for business purposes. If you have five computers in your home, then you can register them all. If you have a student going to college, they can use it also. Simply register each machine with the same license key. We appreciate your support of our products and grant you a multi-use license that most other companies don't offer. Please do not give out your registration information to anyone. If the computer you intend to use XP Repair Pro on is for business use, that license should not be installed on another machine at the same time. We offer extensive bulk discount rates for business owners.


  • Are there any upgrade packages that I can purchase?
      When you place your order you can choose to add our Extended Upgrades package. Please refer to this page for more information.


  • If I don't purchase an upgrade package, can I get any upgrade discount?
      Please refer to this page for more information.


  • I have lost my Registration Information. How can I retrieve it?
      You should first attempt to login to your Member Portal using your email address and password. If you cannot remember your password or are having problems logging in, please visit our Member Recovery page. If you have tried all of these avenues to recover your password, please contact our customer service.


  • I have purchased before, but the latest version doesn't except my Key.
      If you update to, or manually install an update that does not accept your registration key, you would either need to upgrade to that version, or downgrade to the last version. We offer past archives of older versions but it may not be complete if some versions are deemed to be unstable or unsafe. Please visit our support knowledgebase for more information.


  • I have questions about my order. Where can I get help?
      If you have already ordered XP Repair Pro and you have questions, or concerns about the bill you received, please contact us immediately at our support help-desk and place a ticket in the Urgent Billing category. We offer a 100% satisfaction refund that we will honor anytime within 60 days of your order. Charging an order back from your credit card provider is not the way to handle the situation. Anyone who has a problem with their order can contact refunds@clickbank.com at any time and they will promptly issue a refund to your order, no questions asked.

      We ask that you contact our customer service for any problems you are experiencing. Our customer service has been awarded numerous times for their availability and expertise.


  • What is your refund policy, and what happens to my License?
      XP Repair Pro has a 60 day money back guarantee. No questions asked. If you need a refund, read the topic above for more information about contacting customer service.
      Once your refund has processed, your product key will become deactivated.
