Both our website and our software will not in any way identify, distinguish, or store information that may be used to identify any individual entities, persons or networks. As you use our web site, products or services, you may be prompted to enter information about yourself when you do any of the following actions listed below.

 The data collected online from a visitor to our website, or a user of the XP Repair Pro software is 100% voluntary, although some services are only accessible by registering for certain products. Information collected may include your first and last name, e-mail address, salutation(Mr./Mrs.), company of employment, or other related demographic information. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, ddxSoftware Incorporated will endeavor to keep your information confidential. We focus on using the information as part of our service to you.

 We do not sell, rent, give away or in any way transfer; any of the data that we store to anyone outside of our own company, except as described in our "Disclosure of Aggregation" policy below.

How we use Collected Information:

 The primary purpose of gathering information is to allow ddxSoftware Inc. to provide updates, specials and other important notices. Some information is mandatory for signing up for services or products. When you place an order with us, it is our duty to provide you with the services you are expecting to receive. In order to maintain this service, mainly for the customer's convenience, we must collect and store certain information.

 All registered users of ddxSoftware Inc. and XP Repair Pro products or services, are entitled to have their email address removed from our email newsletters. Your information will still be held as long as you are a registered user, but you will not receive any emails from us. This may include important updates. You can specify which emails you would like to receive on your Member Portal login site. Unregistered users receiving our newsletters can unsubscribe by following a direct line included in every email sent. We do NOT send unsolicited email to anyone. We will not use your information for any purpose other than what is listed in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is subject to change, but you will have the right to agree or disagree to the changes made, before they will affect you, unless required by law.



How do we Secure Your Private Information:

  • All private data about any registered user or any information stored in our webservers is encrypted.
  • We do not store any credit card or other financial details.
  • We limit the amount of personal details you must provide during checkout to protect your identity.
  • Our checkout services are secured and authorized by the largest and most trusted online providers, including Verisign authorized Clickbank.



Use of Cookies:
